![]() Those who would like to try before they buy can download the free rFactor 2 Demo. ![]() RFactor 2 is available via the dedicated steam channel for €29.99. The Reiza Bundle DLC for rFactor 2 is scheduled to be released in March. Pricing is not yet confirmed, but earlier, Reiza Studios estimated the price to be close to standards of other rFactor 2 DLCs. Initially planned to ship with two Automobilista classics in the form of Guapore and Ibarra alongside four cars, Reiza have taken the call to bump up the content of the upcoming Reiza. The February 2019 Roadmap Update for rFactor revealed the VIRginia International Raceway rounding up the Reiza pack that now includes a total of 6 vehicles and 5 unique tracks in 9 different layouts. Additionally, individual tracks can be purchased for 6.99 euros, and individual cars for 2.99 euros. As another bonus from the upcoming Reiza DLC for rFactor 2, ViR has been confirming alongside Imola as the second bonus track for the pack. That left us with one track to be announced. A week later, Reiza confirmed that the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari, better known as the Italian Imola circuit, would be part of the Reiza rFactor2 Bundle. The announcement also hinted that the included preview screenshots revealed a glimpse of two tracks to be included in the DLC. Only last week, Reiza Studios confirmed that they expanded the content of the Reiza Bundle DLC for rFactor 2 with the classic Puma GTE and the modern Puma P052 prototype as recently released in Automobilista. I'd love to give it another try but no combination of assists on/off and steering rack sensitivity/filtering did anything other than unsettle the cars in corners at the limit. If you get it working and then configure PC2's controller settings to make it anything other than an exercise in frustration, please ping me what you changed. ![]() SlightlyMad made a lot of fuss about improving the gamepad experience of PC2 but to me it was neither enjoyable nor acceptable, and I'm the sort of person who can have fun with most racers on a keyboard.īefore I got my refund, I watched some videos of people tuning the controls for gamepads in case I wasn't being patient enough or in case there was a better set of controller tweaks that made it playable, but even experienced gamepad users were saying that it's limiting and you'll always be fighting the controller limitations rather than enjoying the game. What Pinnacle lets you do is map keyboard and mouse functions to gamepads. Pinnacle Profiler has been around for a very long time, well before the PS4it’s the oldest solution in our list here. Yes my Sony Playstation 4 DualShock USB Wireless Adapter is original not a cheap chinese knock-off it's purchased locally at a place that sells PS4 consoles, controllers, games and accessories and they have to mark their items 3rd party or something like that if they ain't original Sony otherwise they get in trouble with the law and Sony. So if anyone know how I can get my PS4 controller without DS4Windows I will be happy because I really want to try out this game. Sane Trilogy I just had to hex mod the exe file to the USB Wireless Adapter before the game picked up the controller even the PS4 is officially supported.įirst I don't really like DS4Windows if I can be free because for some wierd reason it drains the battery on my PS4 controller faster then on my PS4 and with the USB Wireless Adapter. I am using Sony's Official Playstation 4 DualShock USB Wireless Adapter I had issues with some games because they where made for the controller themself and not this adapter like Crash Bandicoot N. I am using 3 different kind of input plugins: N-Rages Direct-Input8 1. I would like to use my PS4 controller with Project Cars 2 but the game doesn't really find my controller only mouse and keyboard. However, Project64 does not recognise any gamepad input from my PS4 controller and assume the key I assigned to as Keyboard. I map Start to the Saiteks R2 shoulder button, and the Z trigger to the L2 shoulder button. That only leaves the Z trigger and Start. Added support for the New DS4 USB Adapter (Thanks to boganhobo and Chamilsaan) Surprisingly, there is some disagreement in this area. This being said, one of the reasons I teach it is also because if my students travel to another school or attend an honor’s choir of some sort, there’s a large chance they’ll come across it.Īnd if I want to give them the tools for success outside of my room, I want them to have some solid experience with these tools. They’ve been around for a long time (read the next section), so they’ve gained a solid footing as an instructional tool. The other two common ways being body signs and the hand staff. Well, maybe not everyone, but solfege hand signs are the most common way to physically represent solfege pitches. I did this earlier this year at a collegiate ACDA conference, and the students had a ball! #5 It’s A Common Teaching Tool This may seem like a crazy idea, but with a little practice (on their part and yours!) it can be a great and fun way to build part-work skills. Not only can you lead them through scalular patterns with just showing them the signs, but you can also, with practice, split the class into two and have each class follow one of your hands as they sign different solfege. Once students are comfortable when singing with them, you can challenge them to sing in harmony and signs make it a lot easier. Solfege hand signs are also a great conducting tool. Mixing it up can be a great way to keep your students’ interest. I often tell my students that I’m as easily distracted as they are.Īdding and taking away hand signs can be another way to get at the same problem of developing aural skills and sight singing. Repeating the same kinds of activities and ways of teaching can get boring for your students and for you as the teacher. #3 Gives A Different Avenue For Instruction The partner has to sing the pattern back. Students either create or read a flashcard with a pattern on it and sign it to a partner. You tell the students to internalize all “do” pitches while still signing. Students sing a well-known pattern using solfege and hand signs. After signing, the students will sing the melody out loud. Students look at a new melody and sign the pitches while singing inside. Hand signs give a tool for students to use while they hear inside, and teachers can use it to assess how well students are comprehending in an easy visual way. Inner hearing is when you can internalize the pitches you’re reading or thinking. Many music teachers also use hand signs to help develop inner hearing or audiation. The key to this purpose lay in the height difference you move to show each interval and the sign shape for each pitch. Teachers use these to help the brain build new roads to singing and reading skills. Hand signs provide a kinesthetic way to show the aural skills. It can be hard to think about subjecting our students to the same thing.Ĭonnecting an aural skill with different methods of learning can make developing this skill a lot easier (and more fun!). Many of us have horror stories from our sight singing and ear training classes. Singing and hearing pitches can be a difficult thing to do and teach. ![]() #1 Provides Movement Representing Pitch Intervals In this section, we’ll look at some of the main reasons teachers use solfege hand signs.
